FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
I Need a Quote. Whom Do I Contact?
You may contact Kevin Mallory, owner of Dr. Mac via text or phone at 530-386-2616. If I don’t answer, please leave a message as I am probably with another customer, out of cell range, or maybe catching some much-needed sleep after a long day of saving Macs. It is preferred that you also follow up your voicemail with a text message, as I respond much faster to those in between customers.
Where is your office located?
Dr. Mac’s remote office is wherever you live or work or would like to meet. I work out of my vehicle and I’ve met people at coffee shops, restaurants, and even on the side of the road between towns to exchange a computer. But typically, it’s much better to visit you at your home or office, to see the computer, printer, WiFi or whatever issue in its natural setting. Just shoot me a quick text or call me at 530-386-2616 to set up an appointment.
